I have exceeded the sending limit for my account. What now?

If you are seeing the message: "You have exceeded the sending limit for your account. Please email help@digitalinvitations.partycity.com for assistance." then that means you have exceeded our weekly limit for the number of emails or text messages sent from your account. Party City allows every account the ability to send 100 digital card emails per week. This includes re-sending your digital card.

This limit can be increased. Simply 
send us an email and let us know what you need to send. We'd be happy to help.
